Program Objective (Brief Overview)
The objective of the initiative is to reduce TB incidence and treatment default rates through early screening, sustained treatment monitoring, nutritional support, and strengthened coordination with district TB systems.
The Challenge
Delayed diagnosis, stigma, poor nutrition, and irregular treatment adherence continue to increase the TB burden in tribal communities, leading to preventable complications and transmission within families.

- Treatment adherence monitoring and follow-up support
- Nutritional assistance aligned with Nikshay guidelines
- Community awareness campaigns to reduce stigma
- Coordination with district TB officials and health systems
